How is a research project at JOSEPHS@ carried out?
Briefing and research design: The JOSEPHS®-team develops with the company a concept for the test phase of three months.
3-months test phase: Within the test phase the data is collected. Visitors can test the product or service and give their feedback.
Conclusion: The outcome of the test phase is presented - more than 3000 visitors gave their feedback on how to improve the product or service.
